Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Before Processing: If you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet been processed, email us at services@atrangi.shop within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After Processing: If your order has already been printed or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be approved, and the product will follow the usual delivery process.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Once a COD order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Please ensure you are available to receive the package when it arrives.
Website-Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases, we may have to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances, including:
